Your browser may block the download as "uncommon" or "suspicious" — that's a reputation check, not a virus: the beta is brand-new and unsigned. In Chrome/Edge open Downloads (Ctrl+J), click the blocked file's ⋮ menu, then Keep → Keep anyway.
Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen. Click More info, then Run anyway.

Requires a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) — Intel Macs aren't supported yet. macOS will say it can't verify the app because this beta isn't signed yet — it's safe. Drag Dilo to your Applications folder, open it once, and click OK. Then open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to the bottom, and click Open Anyway next to the Dilo message; confirm with your password. You only do this once.
